No need to count out what you need. Been taking the Meology for about 9 months. Very pleased with the results!

I can't really tell a difference in my health since starting Meology and it's very expensive. Also, the daily packaging often rips when tearing it out and the vitamins fly everywhere. I'm sticking with it for a while though to see if improves my health. It's pretty hard to tell though because I am pretty fit for an older lady.
