My hubby finds this helpfulMy hubby is an Electrician. Many don't realize how mobile/active you are in this job especially if you are on the commercial side of it. Huge wire pulls, bending pipe, up and down ladders, mental tiredness from reading prints. When he has an extra strenuous day he adds Recover before bed and finds it very helpful.

stiff & sore no moreMy husband is 77 and not slowing down any time soon. He is a retired finish carpenter and always has projects.
