How Was Pomifera Oil Discovered?

Before the invention of barbed wire, pioneer farmers planted lines of dense hedge trees to contain their livestock. Today's farmers, however, consider the Maclura pomifera fruit a nuisance because it's inedible.

The fruit, also known as the Osage Orange, is steeped in folklore and has been thought to have various purported benefits.

    Good lip oil
    At first I wasn't super impressed with this lip oil, but now I'm a fan. It actually is a perfect layer to wear over a lip pencil. And not greasy or too glossy - just provides some shine, and the best selling point is that it really nourishes the skin on the lips. The biggest critique is that it feels as though it doesn't last super long (because it is an oil and seems to absorb, which isn't necessarily a bad thing) and doesn't really have as much of a tint as I thought it would. But I think it keeps my lips healthier and is literally the perfect top layer to a more matte pencil/color product. Now I use it daily and would order again. I got the Slay berry color and it's pretty and subtle.

    Love the gloss BUT…
    I absolutely love these glosses but the packaging is a challenge. The gloss gets stuck in the top and bottom where the applicator will not reach, creating waste. Not sure what the solution is? Maybe a squeeze designed applicator.

    Love the shine
    I’m 75 of age with very dry lips, I find that this keeps my lips moist and I love the way it shines. Yes, I would buy again. I’ve bought three times already, but if I could change it, I I would make it so you don’t have to reapply so often, but I do not mind reapplying…putting good stuff on my lips.
