Limit on Vivix^® Personal PV Purchases

Vivix purchases that count toward one's personal PV are now limited to five (5) per 28 consecutive day period. This is an effort Shaklee is making to prevent certain sales activities that are prohibited by the Statement of Privileges & Responsibilities for Shaklee Family Members (P&R). 

Here's what you can do: 

• Reduce the number of units of Vivix in your order to comply with the limit of five (5) per 28 consecutive days. 
• If your Vivix order is ultimately intended for someone else, you may use Account Access to place the order under that person's Shaklee ID. Or you can ask that person to place their order directly.

Should you choose to place the order under a customer's Shaklee ID, please be sure that the payment method used (credit or debit card) belongs to the person for whom the order is intended. Attempting to use the same credit card that was used for a failed order, or shipping to the same address will cause the order to fail again.

If you believe your business should be re-evaluated regarding this monthly limit, please email Shaklee Field Administration at Fieldadmin@shaklee.com with the reason for your request and why you believe a review is warranted. We will review requests for changes in the limit or exemptions on a monthly basis.
