Yummy and fulfilling!I love my Life Shakes and have one every day with my Life Strip. Sometimes I add fruit, most times I like it hot, and add my coffee. Either way, it keeps me going past lunchtime with my busy schedule! Sometimes at night, when I'm wanting something sweet, instead of ice cream, I make a life shake with a little water and ice, or half a frozen banana. Way better than I e cream, and low glycemic, so it doesn't keep me awake at night. Sometimes I'll make a hot chocolate one (with a little whipped cream).
