I take two Energy Chews every morning, and they get me through the day. I used to have to take an afternoon nap, but that is no longer the case. love , love my Energy ChewsI am 69 , my husband 75. We keep very active and we also drive from South Carolina in New York and back.. Lots of long drives.. I never leave without them, unlike coffee.. I can feel the difference in less than 20 minutes, helps me stay alert and I always feel like I got a 2nd wind. The best part is when I finally arrive and want to crash. I can go right to sleep, unlike coffee that always kept me awake. Also I swim , play pickleball, walk, bike.. but always take it before we swim and play pickleball. and it helps not only my energy. but my focus.. I will make sure I never run out of these ..
