Sparkling Protein Sweepstakes Official Rules

  1. ELIGIBILITY. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  Win Sparkling Protein For a Year (the "Sweepstakes") is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Entry is open to legal residents of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia and Canada, age 18 or older at time of entry when this offer is addressed. Entrants must be physically located in the U.S. or Canada. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 A.M. CST on 11/14/25 and ends 11:59 P.M. CST 11/21/25 (the "Contest Period"). Limit one entry per person regardless of means of entry. More than one entry from any person or e-mail address will void all entries from that person or e-mail address. Sweepstakes is sponsored by Shaklee ("Sponsor"), 4040 NE 2nd Avenue, Suite 321, Miami, FL 33137.

  2. How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter:

    CONTEST: To be entered automatically into the Win Sparkling Protein for a Year Giveaway, enter your email address on the Sparkling Protein Splash Page during the Contest Period. Winners to be selected via a random drawing to be held on or about 11/24/25.

    WRITE-IN:  To enter without participating in the survey, legibly handwrite your complete name, mailing address, phone number, email and mail a postcard or a card that is no smaller than 3 ½ x5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches, with proper postage to: Shaklee Corporation, Sparkling Protein Sweepstakes at 4040 NE 2nd Ave, Suite 321, Miami, FL 33137. All write-in entries must be postmarked by 11/21/25 and received by 11/23/25. There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per envelope/postcard. Each envelope/postcard is considered one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Multiple entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Entrant are void.

    Neither Sponsor nor any Sweepstakes Entity is responsible for any entry that is lost, late, illegible, stolen, mutilated, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, human error, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor or Sweepstakes Entity.

  3. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Employees of Sponsor, its agents, representatives, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers and directors, advertising and promotion agencies and affiliated companies ("Sweepstakes Parties"), employees, their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Entries and prizes are limited to one person and per e-mail address. Online entries will be declared to have been made by "Authorized E-mail Account Holder," that is, the individual person assigned the e-mail address corresponding to the winning entry. All entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be returned.

    Entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners' name, address and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. By participating in this Sweepstakes, contestants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decision of the judges. All participants agree to release and hold harmless Sweepstakes from, but without limitation, all damages, injury, death, loss, claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, or any other actions and liability that may arise in connection with their participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, or use of any prize in this Sweepstakes.

  4. ODDS: The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received  during the Sweepstakes Period.

  5. PRIZES: A total of one  (1) prize will be given away in the Sweepstakes. Winner will be the recipient of twelve (12) cases of Sparkling Protein (one for each month of 2026), which will be mailed to you after claiming the prize. Approximate Retail Value: $$1482.60 USD. The Sweepstakes is not endorsed or approved by, affiliated with or sponsored by any of the companies that manufacture or provide the prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes. Any and all applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are subject to change. Prizes are not transferable. Substitution or cash redemption of prizes is not permitted, except by Shaklee, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

    Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all qualified entries received. The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail. Winner is required to respond to notification within seven (7) days of Sponsor's attempted notification or an alternate winner may be selected. Winner may be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability/Publicity Release within 14 Days of receipt or an alternate winner may be selected. All drawings will be conducted by Shaklee, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

  6. WINNERS/WINNERS LIST: By entering the Sweepstakes each participant agrees that Sponsor is not responsible for and will not be held liable for lost, misdirected, late or unsuccessful efforts to contact winners. If a selected winner cannot be contacted or fails to return all completed and executed releases within the required amount of time, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The names of the winner can be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Contest Address – Shaklee, Attn: Sparkling Protein Winners' List. Requests must be received by 12/15/25. For additional copies of these Official rules, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Contest Address prior to December 15, 2025.

  7.  Privacy: Personal information that entrants provide in connection with the promotion or registration with the promotion website will be collected by the Sponsor. See sponsor's privacy policy (https://us.shaklee.com/Privacy-Security-Policy) for details of how information that is collected in this promotion may be used. Any entrant who has elected to receive emails from the Sponsor and no longer wishes to receive further emails may opt out by following the "unsubscribe" instructions at the bottom of the e-mail communication.

  8. ADDITIONAL TERMS: Participation in the Sweepstakes entails entrant's full and unconditional acceptance of and agreement to the official Sweepstakes Rules as final and binding in all respects. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Web site visitors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for failed, partial, or garbled computer transmissions, or for any technical failure of any kind, including, but not limited to electronic malfunctioning of any network, hardware, software, internet service provider, telephone, cable, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should a computer virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes may be terminated at any time after its commencement without prior notice. However, any prizes due will still be awarded. Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
