Hello and welcome! My health journey began in the middle of a crisis. As a nurse, I injured my back and suddenly found myself in constant pain, struggling with digestive issues, and sinking into sadness. I didn’t know where to turn. Then I started with just a few supplements and almost immediately, my health began to turn around. That was 37 years ago.!
