Membership Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the United States or a US territory. You may provide Shaklee with either your Social Security Number (SSN), Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN), Driver's License number, or State Identification Card number issued in your own name. To join Shaklee with an ITIN, you must attach a copy of your IRS Form CP-565 (Assignment of Individual Taxpayer Identification Number). Members may sign up individually or jointly with their spouse. Spouses may not have separate Memberships. No additional purchase is necessary, and you are not required to make any financial investment to become a Member. Please notify Shaklee of any change in street or email address or telephone number.

ID Number
You will be issued a unique Shaklee ID number that should be used for all communications with Shaklee.

Membership Privileges
Acceptance of this application by Shaklee allows you to purchase Shaklee products at prices below suggested retail directly from Shaklee or from your Sponsor or Business Leader. Members are not eligible to sell products or to receive bonuses or other compensation.

Annual Renewal
Shaklee membership requires an annual renewal. However, Shaklee may from time to time suspend or waive the requirement to renew. Currently, Shaklee membership renewal has been suspended.

Communications – Email & SMS

Email
As explained in detail in our Privacy Policy, we may communicate with you via email. You may opt out of receiving our email communications by clicking on the opt-out link included in every marketing email we send, updating your preferences online, or by contacting customercare@shaklee.com.

SMS
You may choose to participate in our offers or receive updates though SMS text messaging, which may be subject to applicable messaging and data rates. Text LIVEIT to 548348 to receive up to 5 text messages per week. 

By opting into this service, you consent to receive mobile text alerts using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

At any time, you may discontinue receiving SMS messages by sending the SMS message "STOP" to the applicable shortcode. For Help, call us at 1-800-SHAKLEE or email customercare@shaklee.com.

The SMS service will apply to all major carriers. Carrier SMS terms and providers are subject to change. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Loyalty Rewards Terms
Note: You may change or cancel your Loyalty Order at any time by visiting your account on Shaklee.com or calling 1-800-Shaklee.

By selecting Loyalty Order, you authorize Shaklee to ship the items indicated on this order and items on any supplemental orders or change/modification orders, which are incorporated herein by reference, or as otherwise requested by you or on your behalf, ON A RECURRING MONTHLY BASIS, and to charge this credit card account the current price at the time of shipment. You understand that THIS SERVICE IS CONTINUOUS and that these orders will continue to be shipped to you on a monthly basis and that you are obligated to pay for them until you cancel or modify your order. Based on your selection, you will be charged each month, and such charge will continue until you cancel or modify your order. Loyalty Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shaklee reserves the right to cancel this order at any time.

Ambassador Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the United States or a US territory. You must provide Shaklee with a valid Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) issued in your own name. The application and the SSN or ITIN may be provided online or by phone, fax, or mail. If provided online or by phone, Shaklee must receive the application, including the SSN or ITIN, by fax, mail, or scan and email within 30 days. To join Shaklee with an ITIN, you must attach a copy of your IRS Form CP-565 (Assignment of Individual Taxpayer Identification Number). Spouses may not have separate ambassadorships. Please notify Shaklee of any change in your street or email address or telephone number. Acceptance of this application by Shaklee allows you to purchase and sell Shaklee products and earn bonuses.

The Statement of Privileges and Responsibilities (P & R)
The P&R, as amended from time to time, is incorporated in this agreement. It is the official document governing your independent contractor relationship with Shaklee U.S., LLC. You can read the P&R, including the Mutual Agreement to Arbitrate Claims, here. Please review it carefully with your Sponsor or Business Leader. Because it sets the foundation for how we do business, if a Shaklee Ambassador does not follow the P&R, he or she may be subject to remedies for breach of contract, including termination of his or her ambassadorship.

ID Number
You will be issued a unique Shaklee ID number that should be used for all communications with Shaklee.

Ambassadors May Sponsor Others and Earn Bonuses
You may sponsor others and have sponsorship rights with respect to their downlines, as described in the P&R. You understand your name and contact information will be shared with Shaklee Ambassadors and Business Leaders who are part of your direct sponsorship lineage and on whose commission statement you appear.

Distributing Products
Because Shaklee is committed to the direct-selling business model, Shaklee Ambassadors may not distribute Shaklee products directly or indirectly to or from retail stores or internet auction sites. They also may not distribute products to Members or Ambassadors outside their Personal Group.

You Can Build a Business
Shaklee publishes an authorized Compensation Plan, which outlines the benefits and requirements of a Shaklee Business. Information on how to build a Shaklee Business is available from your Sponsor and/or Business Leader.

Independent Contractor Status
Shaklee Ambassadors are Independent Contractors. Shaklee Ambassadors are not employees or agents of Shaklee or of any Shaklee Ambassadorship and may not so represent. Shaklee is not an agent or fiduciary of any Shaklee Ambassadors or Ambassadorship. Shaklee Ambassadors will not be treated as employees of Shaklee for federal or state tax purposes and will be responsible for payment of any self-employment or other income taxes. Shaklee Ambassadors will not be treated as employees of Shaklee for purposes of the Federal Insurance Contributions Act or any other laws covering employees

Unauthorized Claims
Shaklee Ambassadors may not make claims about Shaklee products or the Shaklee Compensation Plan that are contrary to literature and labels published by Shaklee.

Direct Deposit
For the most environmentally friendly combination of choices, make sure you are also on Direct Deposit of your bonus check to save the resources associated with printing and mailing a paper check. Download the EFT/Direct Deposit election form from Shaklee.com and mail or fax it to us with a copy of a voided check.

Online Statements
Your statement will be provided monthly online. If you would prefer to have your statement mailed to you, please call 1-800-Shaklee to request a paper statement.

Review & Win Sweepstakes Official Rules

ELIGIBILITY. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Review & Win Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Entry is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, who are age 18 or older at time of entry. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 A.M. CST on 7/1/2026 and ends 10/1/2026. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Shaklee ("Sponsor"), 4040 NE 2nd Avenue, Suite 358, Miami, FL 33137.

HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Sweepstakes:

Each eligible, approved product review submitted during a Sweepstakes Period will count as one (1) entry.

Entry Conditions:

  • One (1) review equals one (1) entry.
  • Reviews must reflect the entrant's honest opinion and their actual experience with the product.
  • Reviews must comply with Sponsor's content guidelines and may not be offensive, fraudulent, or violate any laws or third-party rights.
  • Reviews may be moderated and must be approved by the Sponsor before being counted as an entry.
  • Multiple entries are permitted through multiple qualifying reviews, unless otherwise restricted.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Employees of Sponsor, its agents, representatives, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers and directors, advertising and promotion agencies and affiliated companies ("Sweepstakes Parties"), employees, their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Entries and prizes are limited to one person and per e-mail address. Online entries will be declared to have been made by "Authorized E-mail Account Holder," that is, the individual person assigned the e-mail address corresponding to the winning entry. All entries become the property of Sponsor, and none will be returned.

Entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners' name, address and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. By participating in this Sweepstakes, contestants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decision of the judges. All participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties from, but without limitation, all damages, injury, death, loss, claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, or any other actions and liability that may arise in connection with their participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, or use of any prize in this Sweepstakes.

ODDS
The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

PRIZES
Each Sweepstakes Period, five (5) winners will be selected.
Each winner will receive one (1) product of their choice from a selection of three (3) eligible products, as determined by Sponsor.
Winners will be given the option to choose one (1) of three (3) designated products.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize: [$75–$155]
Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash redemption is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are subject to change.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
At the end of each 90-day Sweepstakes Period, five (5) winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor from all eligible entries received during that period.

Potential winners will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the drawing. Winners are required to respond to notification within seven (7) days of Sponsor's attempted notification, or an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability/Publicity Release within 14 days of receipt, or an alternate winner may be selected. All drawings will be conducted by Shaklee, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

Neither Sponsor nor any Sweepstakes Entity is responsible for any entry that is lost, late, illegible, stolen, mutilated, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, human error, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor or Sweepstakes Entity.

WINNERS LIST
By entering the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees that Sponsor is not responsible for and will not be held liable for lost, misdirected, late or unsuccessful efforts to contact winners. If a selected winner cannot be contacted or fails to return all completed and executed releases within the required amount of time, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The names of the winners can be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sweepstakes Address – Shaklee, Attn: Review & Win Sweepstakes Winners' List. Requests must be received by 12/31/26. For additional copies of these Official Rules, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sweepstakes Address prior to 12/31/26.

PRIVACY
Personal information that entrants provide in connection with the promotion or registration with the promotion website will be collected by the Sponsor. See Sponsor's privacy policy (https://us.shaklee.com/Privacy-Security-Policy) for details of how information collected in this promotion may be used. Any entrant who has elected to receive emails from the Sponsor and no longer wishes to receive further emails may opt out by following the "unsubscribe" instructions at the bottom of the e-mail communication.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
Participation in the Sweepstakes entails entrant's full and unconditional acceptance of and agreement to the official Sweepstakes Rules as final and binding in all respects. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Web site visitors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for failed, partial, or garbled computer transmissions, or for any technical failure of any kind, including, but not limited to electronic malfunctioning of any network, hardware, software, internet service provider, telephone, cable, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should a computer virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes may be terminated at any time after its commencement without prior notice. However, any prizes due will still be awarded. Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
