Our mission is to help you craft a life that matters. Whether it's learning to take control of your personal health or earning another stream of income to have more time to fulfill important life-goals, We are here to help make it happen! Jan started with the basic nutrition in 1975 to help her family be healthier. By helping others to better health, it grew to help support her-very important when her 1st husband suddenly passed. It now supports her mature years with her husband, Stan.

We define true wellness to include physical health, financial health, emotional health, and the health of our planet.
