Instant Protein® Soy Mix can be added to your favorite recipes to help make soy a part of your family’s diet. As part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, 25 grams of soy protein per day may reduce the risk of heart disease. Each serving contains 16 grams of non-GMO protein and less than one gram of carbohydrates.
For drinks: mix 2 tablespoons of Instant Protein Soy Mix in water, juice, or your favorite beverage.
For cooking and baking: you can add to soups, casseroles, pancakes, salad dressings and more. The isoflavones and other nutritional benefits of Instant Protein Soy Mix are retained during cooking. See the booklet under the package lid for great-tasting recipes. When using this product, cooking at a lower heat and adding extra liquid are recommended.
